Discarding materials bearing name of Allaah or Quranic verses

Benefiting from memorizing the Qur'an

Those who may touch the Books of Allaah
My question is that can we read Qur'an without Wudu? I mean we are pure but none in the state of Wudu in such a situation can we read Qur'an. Becomes neglectful if she doesn't recite Surah no. 88
I'm a student. I have headache if I doesn't recite Qur'an and specially the Surah Al-Ghashiyah (Surah no.88), I have this since last week. Wants explanation of Qur'anic verse (2:256)
The site below claims that the verse: 2:256 is only applicable for people of scriptures (Jews, Christians) and not polytheists. Effect of a recording of Surah Al-Baqarah in the home

Supplicating and reciting the Qur'an in a language other than Arabic
For people who don't understand the Arabic language well, what is advised for them to do while hearing Du'aa in Arabic? Is reading Qur'an and reciting supplications in another language other than Arabic considered worship and the person who does so gains the benefits of worship as he would in Arabic. Or is it just considered as reading and enlighten?
